Andy Holtz

Andy Holtz holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to joining Race Forward, Holtz served as Associate Director of the CIPASS Program at the City College of New York, Director of Development at Penn State University’s Greater Allegheny Campus, Vice President for Development at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development in Pittsburgh, and Information Systems Project Manager with Putnam Investments near Boston. Holtz brings over 15 years as a fundraiser and 14 years of experience as a process designer and systems developer to the role.

Holtz is a die-hard Steelers fan and a long-time pet rabbit owner.
